Summer sessions

Summer training sessions are being hosted by Saints FC at the North Colonie Soccer Complex on Boght Road.

Some conditioning sessions will be held at the Shaker High School Track.

​

All sessions are optional, but highly encouraged.

The call to cancel a training session due to weather will be made by email, one hour prior to the start of the session.
